Here's how: Conditions of Offer: To receive the golf certificates, you must be at least 21 years of age, you must attend a two-hour tour and sales presentation of Creekmoor, and you must be employed full time or retired with a minimum annual household income of at least $75,000 if employed ($40,000 if retired). This offer is valid only for individual households. If married or cohabiiting, your spouse or significant other must also participate in the courteous and informative tour and sales presentation. At the end of your tour you will be given two certificates. Each certificate is good for one 18-hole round of golf (including cart) for one person. An advance tee time reservation may be required. Tee times are subject to availability. To use a golf cart, you must have a valid driver's license. Private carts are not allowed on the golf course. The certificate may not be redeemed for cash. Use of the golf course and related facilities is subject to all Creekmoor Property Owners Association (“POA”) rules governing members and is at your own risk. Only two certificates may be redeemed per household under this offer. Creekmoor Golf Course and Clubhouse are owned by the POA. Travel, transportation, airfare, meals, activities (other than two certificates for golf), vacation-related expenses, gratuities, and taxes are not included. Certain activities, including but not limited to dining at the Clubhouse, require payment of a fee. By accepting the golf certificates, you assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, and any loss or damage of the property owned by you, as a result of being engaged in the activity of golf on Creekmoor Golf Course or any activity on any property in the Creekmoor development, whether caused by the negligence (i) of Cooper Land Development, Inc. (“CLD”), its officers, directors, agents, servants, or employees, or (ii) of CLD’s parent company, its officers, directors, agents, servants, or employees, or (iii) of the POA, its officers, directors, agents, servants, or employees (hereinafter all of the aforementioned parties collectively referred to as “Releasees”), and you further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that Releasees may incur due to your participation in said activities, whether caused by negligence of Releasees or otherwise. The golf certificates expire December 31, 2010, and must be used prior to that date. Obtain the Property Report required by Federal law and, if a resident of Kansas obtain the applicable State Public Offering Statement, and read them before signing anything.
